It consists of three communication types, namely activity feeds, custom channels and direct messages.
Activity Feeds
Activity feeds are auto-generated system channels that record and follow the lifecycle of work orders, jobs, and other business entities and processes. They:
- provide an auditable, time-ordered stream of alerts, events and updatesVibeBot, the VibeNet chatbot
- are accessible only to employees assigned to the entity or process
- ensure organizational transparency by making the existence of each feed visible to everyone
Custom Channels
Custom channels are user-created channels designed for focused collaboration and communication. They can be used to:

- share announcements
- host structured conversations, similar to a speaker panel with ‘listeners’ who can view, react, and/or reply depending on the channel’s settings
